Warranty
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Train Smart Inc. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Train Smart Inc. (the "iTarget Pro Laser Training System/ iTarget Cube").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
The end cap of the laser can and will get worn out over time and is considered an expendable part. We warranty the original end cap for 90 days.
You can purchase replacement end caps for $7 from us. Email us if you need a replacement at sales@itargetpro.com
During the Warranty Period, Train Smart Inc. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Train Smart Inc. will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Train Smart Inc. is 1 year from the date of purchase for the iTarget sled and 1 year for the laser diode itself. The laser end cap is considered an expendable part and has a 90 day warranty. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Laser end cap replacements after 90 days.
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
- Shipping costs to return the product to us
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at sales@itargetpro.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
The buyer must pay for the postage to return it to us for warranty repair. Please contact us at sales@itargetpro.com and we will email you an RMA email that you must include with the return.
RETURNS
We accept returns for any reason for a full refund for up to 30 days from the date of purchase when the product has been purchased from our online store. Purchases from gun shows or gun stores need to be returned to the store according to their return policy
Before returning it because of a problem, we prefer that you contact us to resolve the issue first. We likely have a solution for any issues with the product.
The buyer must pay for the postage to return it to us. Please contact us at sales@itargetpro.com and we will email you an RMA email that you must include with the return.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you paid extra for UPS or Express shipping, that cost will not be refunded. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will also require some time for processing, assembling and packaging before shipping.
This processing time can vary according to how busy we are. Usually it is 1-2 days. During peek season it can be 5 days.
All shipping times are estimates. We do not ship on weekends.
We do not guarantee the delivery times or estimates of the shipping services. If you pay extra for faster shipping and it does not arrive in time, you can contact the shipping company and we can provide any necessary information you require.
Unless the purchaser specifically pays for a certain shipping service, the free shipping option will be shipped by whichever company we choose.
This could be USPS first class mail, USPS priority mail, Fed-Ex ground, Fed-Ex express, UPS ground.
It is the purchasers responsibility to provide a shipping address that is a safe and secure location. We do not issue refunds for stolen packages. If the shipping company says the package has been delivered, but you can not find it, contact the shipping company. We will provide any information you need to describe the packaging.
DISCLAIMER
Our product is for use with a firearm. By using our products, you assume all risks associated with using a firearm.
WHEN USING OUR PRODUCTS
1) Remove the magazine and all ammunition from your firearm.
2) Check the chamber of your firearm to confirm it’s empty.
3) Remove all ammunition from the practice area and place in a secured area.
4) Remove any other firearms from the practice area and place in a secured area.
5) Do not use while under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
6) Never point this laser at another person. Permanent eye damage may result.
7) The iTarget Training System is not for children under the age of 18.
Always follow the rules of gun safety.
1) Always treat the firearm as though it were loaded with live ammunition.
2) Never point the firearm at another human.
3) Keep your finger off of the trigger until you are ready to shoot.
4) Be aware of your surroundings. Know what your target is and what is behind it.
Limitations of liability
Train Smart inc. will not be liable for any damage occurring to any firearm while using the iTarget Training System.
In no event shall Train Smart inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products.
Train Smart inc. will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contract, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THE iTARGET PRO APP
The iTarget Pro app requires the use of your camera to detect the laser used in our product. The app also requires the use of the photo album in order to save the photos to your phone. The software does not share this data without your consent.
The only data transferred through the app is crash reporting errors.
SECTION 6 - THE iTARGET CUBE APP
The iTarget Cube app requires the use of your phone's WiFi connection to connect to the iTarget Cube products. This is considered a "Location Service"
Accepting the location permission is necessary to allow the app to access your phone's WiFi.
We do not store, collect or share any type of location or private information from the app.
The only data transferred through the app is crash reporting errors.
iTarget is owned and operated by avid 2nd Amendment Patriots and we greatly understand and respect your privacy.
If you choose to “allow only while using the app”, you will lose the wifi connection when you get a text or phone call or leave the app for any reason. It can sometimes take a few minutes to reestablish the WiFi connection and may even require that you power everything off and back on again.
If you choose “always allow” or run the location permission in the background, you will be able to leave the iTarget cube app and come back to it without the WiFi connection dropping out. We suggest that you use this “always allow” permission.
SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
